Job Description
- Make a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects.
- Explanation of development policies and specifications to engineers.
- Detailed confirmation of specifications.

Your Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- 5 years and above experience in developing software
- Experience in being Project Manager
- Japanese skill: Equivalent to N1
- English skill : Basic ~ Pre-intermediate
Nice to have:
- Experience in all upstream processes of development (requirements analysis, requirements definition, basic design, detailed design).
- Experience in guiding and training BSEs/IT communicators.
- Experience in guiding BSEs/IT communicators in communication with the Japanese side.
